APC Delta State is calling on the State government to set up an investigating machinery immediately to unravel the circumstances that lead to this cold-blooded killing of Mr Joseph. We therefore urge the Delta State government to put drastic measures in place to maintain sanity by the security agency operating in the state and to bring the suspect to book within the ambit of the law.
The Delta State government must realize the routine challenges that always go with this stay at home order especially in a hard time like this and review the stay at home directive.
The Delta State APC mourns with the immediate family, the Itsekiri nation and the entire State over the death of Mr Joseph Pessu.
While we condemn this gruesome killing, the Delta State APC admonish citizens to adhere to government order of stay at home, at this moment of grieving. The party exhort the Delta State government to borrow a leave from Lagos State and admonish the security apparatus to follow the rules of engagement in internal security.
