Pukon Ebielamene Nerissa is a native of Odimodi Community in Burutu LGA of Delta State, she is a 2018/2019 graduate of Fisheries and Aquatic Studies from the prestigious Niger Delta University. She attended Odimodi Secondary School, Odimodi and Eluwie Primary School, Odimodi, all in , Delta State
Her delve into comradeship started in Niger Delta University, in 200L she was Vice President, National Association of Odimodi Students (NAOS) cum Vice President, National Association of Fisheries Students (NAFIS) NDU Chapter, and in 300L, she became the first female Faculty President of the Nigerian Association of Agriculture Students (NAAS) NDU Chapters.
She's currently the Woman leader Nigerian Youth Organization (NYO) Burutu LGA Chapter.
And also the Treasurer National Union Izon-ibe Students (NUIS) worldwide. Because of the love she has for the ijaw struggle.
