ISAAC GABRIEL TOPMAN
Isaac Gabriel Topman. Born on the 26th day of February, 1987 in Nembe town to the family of Mr & Mrs F.G.T Mangite from Nembe town in Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa state, Nigeria.
He is happily married to Mrs Ekaima Isaac Topman and the union is wonderfully blessed with two lovely kids Miss Ebinabo Fortune Isaac Topman and Master Ayebabomo PraiseGod Isaac Topman, all to the glory of God.
EDUCATION AND CAREER PROFILE
PRIMARY EDUCATION
Isaac Gabriel Topman had his primary education in the prestigious community primary school (CPS) 1, Nembe, Bayelsa state, Nigeria, from the period of 1993 to 1999 were he obtained his first school leaving certificate (FLSC).
*SECONDARY EDUCATION.
Upon the completion of his primary school education, he proceeded to the renowned Nembe National Grammar School, Nembe, from 1999 to 2005. Where he obtained his Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).
*THEOLOGICAL INDUCTION.
Afterwards of his primary and secondary education in Nembe, he relocated Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria to live with his elder brother who was then a Flying Officer of the Nigerian Airforce. During then, he enrolled in the Word Of Life Bible Institute, at Salvation Ministries' Headquarter in the year 2008, and obtained the Basic Certificate Course in Bible Studies (BCC).
UNIVERSITY EDUCATION & ACTIVITIES.
In search of a professional knowledge.
Isaac Gabriel Topman, In October, 2008, got admitted into the prestigious Rivers State College Of Education, now Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUOE), to study his first degree in Political Science Education.
In the virgin hour of his studies, he was nominated as a member into the departmental Electoral Committee as the first year one to attain that fit, by then President of the department; Snr. Comr. Ikogi Joseph, to conduct the 2009 departmental election of the National Association Of Political Science Students (NAPSS), in the school.
Just after that mantle, In the same year 2009, he was elected to serve as the Secretary General of the National Union Of Nembe Ibe Students, IAUOE Chapter. Which comprises of all Brass and Nembe LGA Students.
Upon the expiration of his office as Secretary General in 2010,
Isaac Gabriel Topman decided to contest for the office of the President his Departmental Association; NAPSS, IAUOE, where he lost to his closest rival.
Being the political gladiator with capacity that he's gradually evolving to. In the year 2010, he bought the SUG form to contest for the office of the Secretary General of the Students Union Government. And was elected as the first Secretary General Of the Students Union Government (SUG), Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, in which he won with a large margin.
Isaac Gabriel Topman successfully graduated from the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education in the year 2012 with Honors in Bachelor Degree in Political Science. And today he is a proud Political Scientist and a writer.
NATIONAL SERVICE & ACTIVITIES.
Isaac Gabriel Topman did his NYSC Service on the 11th March, 2014, where he was posted to Zado Secondary School, Oboro, Burutu, LGA, Delta State. As an NYSC class room teacher. And he rounded up the service on the 11th March, 2015.
In the course of the service, based on his charismatic leadership style and nature, Isaac Gabriel Topman was appointed as the Corps Liaison Officer, (C.L.O) Burutu LGA, Delta State.
He also during that time, served as an Ad-hoc staff to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for the 2015 General and Gubernatorial Election, in his primary field of service.
CERTIFICATION.
Isaac Gabriel Topmanp is a trained and certified human capital development personnel with the "Trans Consulting Lagos, A Subsidiary Of All Capital Ventures Nigeria Limited in the year 2014.
In the month of August 2017, he was appointed to serve as the Nembe Local Government Area Representative of the federal government social intervention scheme "NPOWER BENEFICIARIES" by the state focal person and the Commissioner Of Women Affairs Bayelsa State Hon. Mrs Janakumo.
He served as the chairman of Labour Party (LP), Nembe Local Government Area from January 2018 to March 2019.
He was the candidate of the Labour Party (LP) for the February 2019 general election to represent all the characters of Nembe Constituency I In The Bayelsa State House of Assembly (BYHA) but later take a personal decision to step down for the candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) Hon. Ebi Ben Ololo, who came victorious for the office.
Upon stepping down his position as the chairman/member of the Labour Party, Isaac Gabriel Topman have seen to it that the succes of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) is a no bargainer as he has backed it with his selfless service and dedication to any duty accorded him.
He is currently a sacred member of ward 3, unit 6 Nembe LGA, who also doubles as the agent and coordinator of the aforementioned unit and ward respectively, before the ugly incident on the 13th November, 2019.
Isaac Gabriel Topman, in September 2019, was appointed by the Executive Governor Of Bayelsa State, His Excellency RT. HON. Henry Seriake Dickson as an Honorable member of the Nembe West Rural Development Authority (RDA) until December 2019 when he was relieved of his appointment.
He is currently the operational supervisor/Manager at Topfuro And Son's Enterprise, Amasara-Polo, Nembe City.
Isaac Gabriel Topman has proven himself as an effective administrator, inspiring grassroot politician, young intelligent leader, a reliable businessman and contractor. He gets a job done unobstrusively and efficiently, he communicate well and has politically creative ideas, which he is able to see through completion. He certainly has set a fine example of reliability, dependability and commitment.
