We all know that this bridge was awarded a years ago, but whether this project signed to contractors or not, please we need your support to accomplish this unfinished bridge to your people in Torugbene Urban Community. Now you are the Chairman of Burutu local government, this is a great privilege for you to accomplished this project in your community, Why I am deliberating this issue because you are the true son of Torugbene Urban Community. 
We inhabitants of Burutu Local Government, We are seen the good works you have been doing. Please try your possible best to achieve this on unfinished project for us since you are still on sit. Then we all will happy for your good deeds towards your people, and your political career Will be renounced in Delta state and federal.
