History was against people that were settling opposite another community, stressing that it's a sacrilege for people to settle opposite another community and if any person tries to do that they don't survive before King Dr.Samylo crossed from his hometown and settled opposite them.He founded the Community opposite Torugbene community in Burutu LGA, Delta state.
There were a lot of insinuations and wryly expressions about His Eminence King Dr.Samylo as of that time.
As stated in the Biography of King Dr Samylo as reported by Isaac Elagha in CREEK VOICE ONLINE website that; King Dr.Samylo and others went to the site at about 5:00am on 28th April,1978.

The first child born on the new settlement was named after the settlements name; Israello-ere James Samylo.
Many people thought, the community will not be established but the Lord had shown them that He is the Helper of all Humans on Earth and made their thought to be void and today the town is one of the most popular communities in Ijaw Nation and Niger Delta at large.
This great achievement is not by power or might but it's by the mercies and the help of God Almighty.
