~ What will be your impact, when you are gone ~
I Daniel Dickson, want's us to ask's ourselves, what's our value as leaders.
Permit me to ask ourselves, if the almight where to call us now (Godforbid) what will be your impact to humanity, just for a minute, what will the society thought / think about you.
Every human being was born oneday and shall die someday that means we have two certicates on birth and the death but in between this certicate, have you changed the life's of other's. Nelson Mandela, Ken Sarowiwa, Adaka Boro, Mrs Kegu Ebegha.
I will say leadership is about changing the life's of others, how many have you changed ?. Where are the young men and women that will take on leadership when our father's are gone to be with the lord.
Leadership is like relay race, inter generational, one pass it to the other generation only we would emulate the waves in the sea.
Lady and gentlemen, I Daneil Dickson will like us to remember when all is said and done, "services is the only thing that defined's us".
Geniue leadership will create jobs, make education and health free, infrastructural development oreinted and changing life's that is what leadership is all about ~ J.O OYAKEMEAGBEGHA.
Our people may be poor but what will the future say about you Niger Delta leaders when you are gone, let try aleast make positive impact.
Children in street's intead of been in the school, our intellectual and creative youths turned sea pirate's just to make a living and our people in the creeks die everyday for lack of medical attention, no hospitals and place's where we found hospitals, no adequate medical facilities, no doctor's available.
Oil spillage distroying our land preventing our people not to farm or go fishing because the water is polluted.
Our primary and secondary schools are not encouraging, poor teaching facilities lacking sufficient teachers.
Vanguard For Good Governance charge our Niger Delta leaders to make positive impact to humanity.
