The national executive of Christian United Church (CUC), headquartered in Isreallo Zion in Ekeremor LGA of Bayelsa state, has unveiled the burial dates and programs of its founder and general overseer, King Dr.James Owoubiri(Samylo), the thunder 24hrs.
The spiritual head of CUC, Samylo, in the spirit of open heaven and the spiritual call to direct, teach and guide people into God's presence, obeyed the heavenly call and migrated to a place that was before used as a cemetery, opposite Torugbene federated community in Burutu LGA of Delta, and started the CUC church with few people, numbering about five. The church which was founded in the 80s with few members, later became a crowd of about twenty thousands with branches numbering about hundred.
Samylo, in the spiritual movement has mentored many young christians in the ways to follow in the body of Christ, and many, through his preachings have found Christ as the only saviour. Accordingly, he was a salvation army in the oldest white garment church in the world, Cherubim and Seraphim Church (C and S), guarding one of their spiritual heads, until the call to go fishing came. In his mission to go fishing, the man faces many spiritual and physical challenges, but keep going to respect and obey the call.
Today, the before cemetery location is headquartering about hundred branches of the church. The place has become a city with thousands of settlers. As it's said in the bible, there is time for everything; a time to be born and a time to die, the man to many has answered the call of death. He has gone to meet the Lord almighty.
The burial ceremony as announced by the national executive is slated to hold as follows;
1.Monday(9/8/21): Revival service ministering by Prophet Malozi and the deceased son who is also a founder and general overseer of a Pentecostal church; prophet Santos Samilo
2.Tuesday(10/8/21): Revival service ministering by prophet Austine Avenven and pastor Akarankoko from the deceased community, Torugbene
3.Wednesday(11/8/21): Revival service, ministering by; prophetic apostle Shellow and Rev.Afedu Ekonkememieyefa
4.Thursday(12/8/21): Revival service ministering by; Pedro and Rev.John Sagbama
5.Friday(13/8/21): Revival service ministering by Snr.prophetic apostle A. Collins Friday and District prophetic apostle Dr.Ebikeme Ebiangala
5.Saturday(14/8/21): Revival service/performing of some burial rites. Everybody as a member of the church is expected to wear 🌈 rainbow garment.
However, the national executive has urged all to be in attendance.
